These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the Spirit Guide AI text message program operated by Lumina Codex, LLC ("Spirit Guide AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during account creation, you agree to these SMS Terms.
The Spirit Guide AI SMS program sends two types of messages to the mobile number you provide:
You opt in to the SMS program by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on the Spirit Guide AI account-creation screen. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of creating an account or purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies. Promotional messages are limited to approximately 10 per month. Account and security messages are sent as needed to operate your account.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to the rate plan you have with your wireless carrier.
You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending promotional messages. You may continue to receive account and security messages required to operate your account. To rejoin, opt in again from your account.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
