Spirit Guide AI is operated by Lumina Codex, LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Spirit Guide AI is a digital companion app that provides personalized guidance and reflection prompts. Content within the Service is provided for informational and personal-reflection purposes only and is not intended as medical, psychological, or financial advice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on website subscriptions — if you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Email support@ootwspiritguide.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
Refund requests for iOS App Store subscriptions must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we are not able to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal information at any time directly within the Spirit Guide AI iOS or Android app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. You may also email support@ootwspiritguide.com to request account deletion. Deletion is permanent — your conversation history and account data will be removed within 30 days.

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, branding, and AI-generated guidance — is the property of Lumina Codex, LLC and may not be used without written permission. Personal notes and journal entries you create within the Service remain yours.
If you access Spirit Guide AI through the Apple App Store, you agree to Apple's Terms of Use and acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, with the right to enforce them. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. All billing for App Store purchases is handled by Apple; refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Spirit Guide AI, operated by Lumina Codex, LLC, offers a text message program. We send two types of messages: (1) account and security messages, such as one-time passcodes used to verify your phone number and secure your account; and (2) where you separately opt in during account creation, recurring promotional messages about new features, invitations, and reflective insights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina Codex, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
