    Getting Started

    What is Spirit Guide AI?

    Spirit Guide AI is a digital companion app that provides personalized guidance and reflection prompts. It's available any time, from anywhere.

    What do I need to use Spirit Guide AI?

    Spirit Guide AI is accessible through the Spirit Guide AI iOS or Android app and through any web browser on desktop or mobile at ootwspiritguide.com. A free Invitation account or a paid subscription is needed to access personalized guidance.

    How do I access Spirit Guide AI after subscribing?

    After completing checkout, you'll receive a welcome email at the address you used to sign up. Use that email to log in. If you didn't receive a welcome email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@ootwspiritguide.com.

    Subscription & Billing

    If you subscribed through the Apple App Store: your subscription is managed entirely by Apple. You must cancel through your iPhone/iPad Settings — not through us. See instructions below.

    How much does Spirit Guide AI cost?

    Spirit Guide AI offers three tiers:

    • The Invitation — free, with up to 6 messages per 24-hour period
    • Awareness — paid monthly subscription · Website: $22.22/month · iOS App Store: $29.99/month
    • Inner Mastery — paid monthly subscription with expanded features · Website: $44.44/month · iOS App Store: $49.99/month

    Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS):

    Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad

    Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.

    Tap Subscriptions

    You will see a list of all active and expired subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.

    Tap Spirit Guide AI

    Select the Spirit Guide AI subscription from the list.

    Tap Cancel Subscription

    Confirm cancellation. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

    If you subscribed through our website: Email us at support@ootwspiritguide.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and we will cancel your account within 1 business day. You retain access through the end of your paid period.

    Will I get a refund if I cancel?

    For Apple App Store purchases: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple directly.

    For website purchases: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full. Email us at support@ootwspiritguide.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

    I was charged but can't access my account

    Email us at support@ootwspiritguide.com with the email address used at checkout. We will restore access or issue a refund within 1 business day.

    Account & Data Deletion

    How to delete your account

    You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal information directly within the Spirit Guide AI iOS or Android app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

    You may also email support@ootwspiritguide.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" to request deletion.

    Deletion is permanent — your account, conversation history, and personal data will be removed within 30 days. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription — please cancel that separately through your iPhone Settings (see above).

    What data is deleted?

    • Your email address and account credentials
    • All notes and journal entries you created
    • Your conversation history with Spirit Guide AI
    • Your subscription and preference data held by us

    Payment records may be retained as required by law (typically 7 years) but are held by our payment processor or by Apple (for App Store purchases), not by us.

    How do I request a copy of my data?

    To request an export of your personal data, email support@ootwspiritguide.com with the subject line "Data Export Request". We will provide a copy of your data within 30 days.

    Troubleshooting

    The app is not loading

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
    • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload
    • Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
    • Disable browser extensions temporarily
    • If the issue persists, email support@ootwspiritguide.com with your device type and browser version

    I forgot my password or can't log in

    Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password via email. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact us at support@ootwspiritguide.com.

    The AI guide is not responding as expected

    Spirit Guide AI's AI is designed to provide personalized guidance and reflection prompts. If responses seem off, try starting a new session or reloading the page. If the issue continues, please describe what happened and email us — your feedback helps us improve the experience.

    I have a concern about the content

    Spirit Guide AI is intended for adults 18 and older. If you have a concern about specific content, email support@ootwspiritguide.com with the subject line "Content Concern."
