Spirit Guide is an AI companion rooted in ancient ceremony and modern wisdom. It is designed to walk with you before a sacred medicine journey, through the experience, and into the integration that follows. It offers ritual support, reflection prompts, and personalized guidance — available any time.
Spirit Guide is accessible via any web browser on iOS, Android, or desktop. No app download is required. An active subscription and an account linked to your email address are needed to access personalized guidance.
After completing your subscription through the Shopify checkout, you will receive a welcome email with your access link. Use the email address you subscribed with to log in. If you did not receive the welcome email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@outofthisworldcacao.com.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store: your subscription is managed entirely by Apple. You must cancel through your iPhone/iPad Settings — not through us. See instructions below.
Spirit Guide is available at $22.22/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar date until cancelled.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS):
Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.
You will see a list of all active and expired subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
Select the Spirit Guide subscription from the list.
Confirm cancellation. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you subscribed through our website: Email us at info@outofthisworldcacao.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and we will cancel your account within 1 business day. You retain access through the end of your paid period.
For Apple App Store purchases: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple directly.
For website purchases: Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial subscription if you have not accessed the guided content. Email us at info@outofthisworldcacao.com to request a refund.
Email us at info@outofthisworldcacao.com with the email address used at checkout. We will restore access or issue a refund within 1 business day.
You have the right to request full deletion of your Spirit Guide account and all associated personal data at any time. To do so, email info@outofthisworldcacao.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address linked to your account.
We will permanently delete your account and all personal data within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription — please cancel that separately through your iPhone Settings (see above).
Payment records may be retained as required by law (typically 7 years) but are held by Stripe, not by us. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
To request an export of your personal data, email info@outofthisworldcacao.com with the subject line "Data Export Request". We will provide a copy of your data within 30 days.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password via email. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact us at info@outofthisworldcacao.com.
Spirit Guide's AI is designed for ritual and integration support. If responses seem off, try starting a new session or reloading the page. If the issue continues, please describe what happened and email us — your feedback helps us improve the experience.
Spirit Guide is intended for adults 18 and older and does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. If you have a concern about specific content, email info@outofthisworldcacao.com with the subject line "Content Concern."
